Project Background
In recent years, headphones have been used not only for listening to music or watching videos, but also as an accessory. Today, headphone brands focus on unique designs and models. For this, they take advantage of 3D printing processes. When producing 3D headphones, a good design and a modern SLA printing machine are sufficient.
Project Analysis
When producing headphones with 3D printing, 3D drawings are taken and the headphones are planned for production in parts. Production is then started through 3D printing and SLA technology, which makes it easier to process the headphones.
Production Process
1.After initial analysis, parts are disassembled and verified. This disassembly phase is very important as it determines the assembly result.
2.The files are transferred to the Magics software for disassembly.
3.The headset design is transferred to the printer and printed with the most suitable material.
4.3D Scanning: The degree of completeness of the printed parts is verified.
5.After the verification is completed, the printed parts are post-processed. They go through polishing, spraying and gluing processes.
6.The final version of the product emerges.
7. It is packaged and delivered to the customer.
